3 City Reps
You will be the revenue engine of Atlas Principium AI. You own the number. Your job is to take our existing products — which are built, deployed, and proven — and put them in front of every enterprise, startup, and developer in Zimbabwe. You'll close deals, build partnerships, manage a team of three city-based representatives, and help shape our go-to-market strategy across the country.
This isn't a corporate sales role where you inherit a pipeline and manage accounts. You're building everything from scratch — the pitch, the process, the pipeline, the playbook.
What You'll Do
Revenue Generation
- Close enterprise deals for Rails Cloud Platform (VPS, databases, app hosting, Launchpad)
- Sell Vault Suite to corporates as a local, affordable alternative to Microsoft 365 and Google Workspace
- Expand Cane Planner to additional sugar mills and agricultural operations
- Identify and close new verticals: mining, manufacturing, financial services, education
- Build and manage a sales pipeline with monthly forecasting and reporting
Partnerships & Strategy
- Develop strategic relationships with banks, telecoms, government agencies, and industry bodies
- Support the CEO in advancing the Nedbank and American Express partnership
- Represent Atlas Principium AI at conferences, trade shows, and industry events
- Contribute to pricing strategy, packaging, and competitive positioning
Team Leadership
- Manage and mentor three City Representatives across Harare, Bulawayo, and Mutare
- Set weekly targets, review pipeline, and coach on sales skills
- Coordinate cross-city marketing campaigns, events, and hackathons
- Build a culture of urgency, ownership, and results
Brand Building
- Work with the marketing team to develop case studies, testimonials, and sales collateral
- Contribute to the Rails content strategy with market insights and customer stories
- Be the public face of Atlas Principium AI in Zimbabwe's business community
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 3–5 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or partnerships
- Proven track record of closing deals and hitting revenue targets
- Existing network in Harare's corporate, startup, or tech ecosystem
- Comfortable pitching to C-suite executives (CFOs, COOs, MDs, IT Directors)
- Experience managing or mentoring junior team members
- Strong written and verbal communication in English (Shona and/or Ndebele a plus)
- Valid driver's license; willing to travel regularly to Chiredzi, Bulawayo, and Mutare
Nice to Have
- Experience selling technology, SaaS, or cloud products
- Understanding of cloud infrastructure, enterprise software, or fintech
- Experience in the Zimbabwean or Southern African tech ecosystem
- Track record in startup or early-stage environments
- Familiarity with CRM tools (HubSpot, Salesforce, Pipedrive, or similar)
Compensation & Benefits
- Base salary: $18,000–$24,000 per annum depending on experience
- Commission: 10% on all new Rails Cloud Platform and Vault Suite customers
- On-target earnings: $45,000+ per annum (uncapped commission)
- Company vehicle provided for client travel across Zimbabwe
- Fuel allowance: $200–$300/month
- Medical aid: $200/month comprehensive plan
- Phone and data allowance
- Equity discussion after 12 months based on performance

- Maintain CRM entries and report weekly to the Head of Growth
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- Recent graduate (2024–2025) in Business, Marketing, IT, Communications, or related field
- Active on social media with a genuine understanding of how content works
- Self-starter who can work independently without daily supervision
- Strong communication skills — equally comfortable presenting to students and executives
- Based in or willing to relocate to your assigned city
- Tech-curious: you must be able to understand and demonstrate our products
- Energetic, ambitious, and hungry to prove yourself
Nice to Have
- Experience with content creation tools (Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite, DaVinci Resolve)
- Video production or photography experience
- Event planning or coordination experience
- Existing connections at local universities or tech communities
- Fluency in Shona and/or Ndebele in addition to English
A Typical Week
Monday
Team video call with Head of Growth. Review weekly targets. Update CRM. Plan content.

Support the Head of Growth in a client presentation. Prepare a proposal for a new prospect.
Friday
Influencer check-in. Schedule next week's social media content. Friday wrap-up report.
Saturday
Once a month — Hackathon day or developer meetup. You're the host. You run the show.
Compensation & Growth
- Base salary: $4,800–$7,200 per annum (competitive for a graduate role in Zimbabwe)
- Commission: 5% on any deal you generate or directly support
- Laptop, smartphone, and monthly data allowance provided

- Performance review at 6 and 12 months with clear conversion to full-time

Full-time
Start: Month 3–4
Product Manager
Harare, Zimbabwe · Product · Reports to CEO / Founder (CTO)
Salary
$7,200 – $10,800 per annum
Equipment
Laptop provided
Equity
After 12 months on performance
Atlas Principium AI has built an entire ecosystem of products: Rails Cloud Platform, Vault Suite, Rails Pay, and Cane Planner. The founder built all of it. Now we need someone to own the roadmap.
As our first Product Manager, you'll sit at the intersection of customers, market, and engineering. You'll translate what our sales team hears in the field into features that matter. You'll prioritize ruthlessly, write clear product requirements, and ensure that every release moves the needle.
What You'll Do
Product Strategy & Roadmap
- Own the product roadmap across all Rails products — prioritize features based on customer value and business impact
- Conduct competitive analysis on Microsoft 365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure, and regional cloud providers
- Define product positioning and packaging in collaboration with the Head of Growth
- Set and track product KPIs: adoption, activation, retention, churn, feature usage
Customer & Market Insight
- Gather and synthesize customer feedback from the sales team, support channels, and direct conversations
- Conduct user research — interviews, surveys, and usage data analysis
- Attend customer meetings with the Head of Growth to understand pain points firsthand
- Build and maintain customer personas for each product line
Product Execution
- Write clear PRDs and user stories for the CEO/CTO to build
- Manage the sprint cycle: planning, prioritization, acceptance testing, and release
- Coordinate product launches with the marketing team
- Manage product documentation, help center content, and onboarding flows
Cross-functional Collaboration
- Work with the Head of Growth on deal-specific feature requirements and timelines
- Brief City Representatives on new features so they can demo and sell effectively
- Collaborate with the CEO on technical feasibility and architecture decisions
- Contribute to the AWS/NVIDIA credit escalation narrative with product metrics
What We're Looking For
Must Have
- 1–3 years in product management, project management, or technical business analysis
- Ability to write clear, structured product requirements that an engineer can build from
- Analytical mindset — comfortable working with data, metrics, and dashboards
- Understanding of SaaS products and cloud infrastructure at a conceptual level
- Strong communication — can translate between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Self-directed and comfortable in an early-stage environment with ambiguity
- Experience with project management tools (Trello, Jira, Linear, Notion, or similar)
Nice to Have
- Computer Science or IT background
- Experience with developer tools, APIs, or infrastructure products
- Familiarity with agile/scrum methodologies
- Understanding of the Zimbabwean enterprise technology landscape
- Ability to read code (Dart/Flutter, Go, or web technologies)
"Right now, the founder builds everything. That's not sustainable as the company grows. You're the person who makes the product development process professional, predictable, and customer-driven. Every feature you prioritize correctly is revenue. Every feature you deprioritize saves engineering time."
How to Apply
Send your CV and a short written exercise: pick any one of our products (Rails Cloud Platform, Vault Suite, or Rails Pay) and write a one-page product brief outlining three features you would prioritize for the next 90 days, and why.
